Shenhuo Shareholders announced that Shareholder Shangqiu Putian Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its stake in the company by 12.6 million shares through centralized bidding from August 27, 2025 to September 12, 2025, accounting for 0.56% of the total share capital. Its shareholding decreased to 179 million shares, accounting for 7.96% of the total share capital. This reduction is a part of the previously disclosed reduction plan of 20 million shares, or 0.90%, and the change in equity has reached a multiple of 1%.
