Bide Pharmaceutical announced that shareholders Li Yijing, Chen Jun, Li Li, Du Juan, Li Aifei, Geng Yong, and Jiang Yamei plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure of the reduction plan, starting from 3 trading days after the announcement, based on market conditions. The amount of reduction shall not exceed 1.00% of the total share capital of the company.
