China Power (02380.HK) is planning to acquire 31% equity stake in Dazhou Energy.

Intelligence Finance APP News, China Power (02380.HK) announced that on September 12, 2025, the company, Yanchang Petroleum Mining, Sichuan Company, and the target company entered into a share transfer agreement. The company intends to acquire 31% of the equity of Dazhou Energy from Sichuan Company for 31 million yuan, plus a total capital commitment and post-delivery capital investment of 427.8 million yuan, total of 458 million yuan. In addition, Yanchang Petroleum Mining intends to acquire 49% of the equity of Dazhou Energy.
