Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, Green Channel Technology (301322.SZ) announced that Guangdong Green Channel Industry Investment Fund Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "Green Industry Fund") intends to subscribe for 750 million yuan to purchase 24.19% of the partnership interests in Jiaxing Dingfeng Xin Cheng Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Dingfeng Xin Cheng"), and subscribe for 1,249.9998 million yuan to purchase 24.9950% of the partnership interests in Guangzhou Chuangyu Zhi Xin Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Chuangyu Zhi Xin"). This investment by Green Industry Fund totals 19,999.9998 million yuan and constitutes a related party transaction with professional investment institutions.
