Public consultation on the announcement of the People's Bank of China and the General Administration of Customs.

The People's Bank of China, in conjunction with the General Administration of Customs, has conducted research and drafted the "Announcement of the People's Bank of China and the General Administration of Customs," which is now open to the public for comments. The draft of the "Announcement" consists of three articles. The principles are as follows: first, to adhere to promoting trade facilitation and continuously optimize the business environment, actively expanding the customs scope for using "non-one batch one license" permits. Secondly, to adhere to target-oriented and problem-oriented approaches, focus on the needs of enterprises, increase policy supply, and stimulate vitality in port business environments while dealing with external impacts through orderly expansion of openness and strengthening of risk prevention. The optimization mainly includes three aspects: expanding the customs scope for using "non-one batch one license" permits, extending the validity period of "non-one batch one license" permits, and not restricting the number of times "non-one batch one license" permits can be used.
