On September 12, Weihai Huan Tong Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weihai Huan Tong Investment Group") announced the plan of selecting a global coordinator for overseas bonds in an amount not exceeding 1.41 billion RMB from 2026 to 2027.
