On the evening of September 12, Huading Stock announced that shareholders Yiwu Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. and Yiwu Shunhe Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. intend to transfer a total of 102 million unrestricted shares of the company, accounting for 9.26% of the total share capital, through public solicitation of transferees. According to the approval from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office of Yiwu Municipal People's Government for this public solicitation transfer, the price of this public solicitation transfer shall not be lower than 5.36 yuan per share.
