Spanish bank BBVA's $18 billion acquisition of Sabadell faces obstacles as the major shareholder bluntly states "the bid is too low".

According to the Wisdom Financial APP, a major shareholder of Banco Sabadell SA in Spain has stated that they will not accept the current acquisition offer of $18 billion USD from BBVA.US of Spain, further increasing the potential acquirer's pressure to raise the bid.
