Wang Dongwei, Deputy Minister of Finance, stated at the press conference of the State Council Information Office on September 12 that since the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan", government-guaranteed financing has supported over 300,000 small and medium-sized technology startups to obtain about 800 billion yuan in loans, with the average guarantee fee rate falling below 1%. The Ministry of Finance will continue to increase financial support and focus on improving the efficiency of scientific and technological input.
