New Classic: Chen Liping plans to reduce holdings by 0.78%

New Classic Announcement: Chen Liping, one of the controlling shareholders and actual controllers, currently holds 5.88 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.81%. Due to personal financial needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.2 million shares, or 0.78%, from October 14, 2025 to January 13, 2026 through centralized bidding and/or block trading. The source of the reduction comes from shares obtained before the IPO and capital surplus from the 2020 annual income conversion.
