The second batch of chemical industrial parks sudden water pollution incident environmental emergency level three prevention and control system construction and "one park, one strategy, one map" pilot work has been launched.
Recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued a notice on the construction of a level three emergency response system for sudden water pollution incidents in chemical industrial parks and the list of pilot parks for "one park, one strategy, one map". The notice identified 46 chemical industrial parks including Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone as the second batch of pilot parks. The notice requires that pilot parks follow the environmental emergency concept of "exchanging space for time", and establish a sound level three environmental emergency response system for chemical industrial parks based on the Implementation Technical Guidelines for the Construction of Level Three Emergency Response System for Sudden Water Pollution Incidents in Chemical Industrial Parks and "one park, one strategy, one map". The parks should also take into account their resource endowments and operational reality, and explore the establishment of a typical local model for environmental emergency prevention and control in chemical industrial parks.
