Saijing Technology and Sanan Semiconductor sign a strategic cooperation framework agreement.

Saijing Technology Announcement, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sanan Semiconductor. According to the agreement, Sanan Semiconductor will ensure stable and timely supply of products to Saijing Semiconductor, with priority supply rights in the production plan. Both parties will jointly assess market growth potential, formulate capacity expansion plans, establish a technology exchange platform, and collaborate on research and development projects. In addition, both parties will share key industry trends and explore new market opportunities, establish a supply chain risk assessment and response mechanism, jointly assume environmental responsibilities, participate in or initiate social responsibility projects, and explore international market opportunities and participate in the formulation of international standards. The framework agreement is valid for five years.
