Danjiangkou Reservoir obtains the operating license for the expansion project of 20 million tons annual production capacity in Nanling.

On September 11th local time, Vale announced that the company has obtained the operating permit for the mining operations related to the expansion project of the South Range with an annual production capacity of 20 million tons. This operating permit was issued by the Brazilian Environmental and Renewable Natural Resources Agency, and the project is expected to start trial operation in the second half of 2026.
