Hong Kong stocks' property stocks are rising, with China Overseas Land & Investment leading with a surge of over 15%. Rongxin China rose more than 7%, China Jinmao rose 5.2%, Country Garden rose nearly 5%, Longfor Group, Joy City Property, Sunshine City Group rose nearly 4%, Forte Properties, Xin Cheng Development, Yuexiu Properties, and Vanke Enterprises all rose by more than 2.5%.
