On September 12th, Y Bi, the Secretary-General of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, introduced at the press conference on the theme of "high-quality completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan" held by the State Council Information Office that China will deepen the reform of the mechanism for the operation of judicial power to ensure that all aspects of the judiciary operate under effective constraint and supervision; deepen the reform of the separation of judicial power and executive power, improve the national execution system, and solve the problem of difficulty in enforcement; improve and implement the system of judicial responsibility, and improve the mechanisms for pre-review, in-process supervision, and post-correction of mandatory measures.
