He XiaoRong, Vice President of the Supreme People's Court and second-level grand justice, introduced at the State Council Information Office's "High-Quality Completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan" series thematic press conference on September 12 that since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the national courts have concluded 23.46 million civil cases involving education, employment, pension, healthcare, and other issues. They have governed issues such as excessive dowries and "knowingly purchasing fake products" that have received strong reactions from the public, focused on solving the problem of enforcement difficulties, and timely realized the litigants' right to victory.
