Informed sources revealed that the company, supported by billionaires Cameron Winklevoss and Tyler Winklevoss, will conduct its initial public offering (IPO) at a price of $28 per share, raising $425 million through the issuance of approximately 15.2 million shares. However, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) this Tuesday, the IPO price range is $24-26 per share, with plans to issue approximately 16.7 million shares.
