Beijing plans to increase the size of the General Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Partner Members to 1000 by the end of 2026.

At the "Beijing Artificial Intelligence Ecological Partners Conference" held on September 10th during the 2025 China International Service Trade Fair, the "Beijing General Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Partners Plan 2.0" was officially launched. The 2.0 partner plan specifies that by the end of 2026, Beijing plans to develop the scale of general artificial intelligence industry innovation partners to 1000 companies through comprehensive assessment and dynamic entry and exit mechanisms. It was introduced that since the launch of the Beijing General Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Partners Plan in May 2023, more than 280 partner companies have been gathered in the areas of computing power, data, models, applications, and investment. 32 scenario demands have been identified, providing approximately 8500P computing power support for partner companies and collaborating with over 100 venture capital institutions; nearly 200 typical cases of large model industry applications have been accumulated, covering more than 10 domains such as finance, government affairs, culture and tourism, medical care, and marketing, resulting in the signing of collaboration agreements for over 40 projects.
