Da Jin Heavy Industry: The first batch of 6 extra-large single-piles tailored for the Scottish Inch Cape offshore wind power project set sail for delivery.

The first batch of six large single piles custom-made for the Scottish Inch Cape offshore wind power project at the Da Jin Heavy Industries Penglai Base has been completed and shipped out, officially setting sail towards the destination ports in the North Sea of Europe. The Inch Cape project serviced by the company has a total installed capacity of 1.1GW, with plans to install 72 wind turbines. Installation is scheduled to begin in 2026, with full operation by 2027. Once operational, the project is expected to generate over 5TWh of clean electricity annually.
