Qidi New Materials announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Rao Desheng, conducted a total reduction of 920,500 shares of the company through centralized bidding and block trading from September 9 to September 10, 2025, accounting for 1.09% of the total share capital of the company after deducting the shares held in the repurchase account. After this equity change, Rao Desheng and his concerted action parties collectively hold 42,024,500 shares of the company, accounting for 50.06%, of which Rao Desheng personally holds 27,079,500 shares, accounting for 32.25%. The reduction plan has not been completed yet.
