Rui Chuang Micro announced that due to the implementation of the mid-year equity distribution in 2025, the conversion of "Rui Chuang Convertible Bonds" will be suspended and the conversion price will be adjusted. The conversion price before adjustment is 39.21 yuan/share, and after adjustment is 39.13 yuan/share. Rui Chuang Convertible Bonds will be suspended from conversion from September 18, 2025 until the equity distribution registration date, and conversion will resume from the first trading day after the registration date. The company will disclose the implementation announcement of the equity distribution and the adjustment announcement of the conversion price on September 19, 2025.
