Wisdom Finance News App, Yuexiu Real Estate (00123.HK) announced that on September 1, 2025, the company (as the borrower) and a bank (the lender) entered into a financing agreement. Under this agreement, the lender provided a fixed-term loan financing of HK$200 million (or the equivalent in RMB) to the borrower under the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, with a loan period of 364 days from the date of the financing agreement.
