Announcement from Chuan Yin Holdings: Shenzhen Chuan Yin Investment Co., Ltd. plans to participate in the company's pre-IPO shareholder price inquiry transfer, intending to transfer a total of 22.807 million shares, accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital of the company. The minimum transfer price for this inquiry transfer shall not be less than 70% of the average stock trading price of the previous 20 trading days before the date of sending the subscription invitation.
