Zhtng Cijng APP News, Green Energy Wisdom Charging (600212.SH) announced that, based on the construction needs of the Xi'an Research and Development and Manufacturing Base project, according to the "Green Energy Wisdom Charging Xi'an Research and Development and Manufacturing Base Project Investment Contract" and the "Green Energy Wisdom Charging Xi'an Research and Development and Manufacturing Base Project Supplementary Contract" signed with the Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, and the "Green Energy Wisdom Charging Xi'an Research and Development and Manufacturing Base Project Construction Agreement," the company plans to sign a "Cooperation Agreement" with Xi'an Development Group and Xi'an Development Industrial Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xi'an Development Industrial"). The company and Xi'an Development Group will jointly establish a joint venture company with a registered capital of RMB 250 million, with the company making a monetary contribution of RMB 50 million, holding a 20% stake, and Xi'an Development Group making a monetary contribution of RMB 200 million, holding an 80% stake.
