The bank is required to ensure that the approved personnel strictly comply with the relevant regulatory provisions of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, take up the position within 3 months from the date of this administrative licensing decision, and report to the relevant authorities in a timely manner as required. If the appointed person does not take up the position within the specified period, this approval document will become invalid, and the Dalian Financial Regulatory Bureau will handle the administrative licensing cancellation procedures.
