According to sources quoted by NBC and The New York Times, on the 10th local time, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raided a construction site near the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) headquarters in Langley, Virginia. Multiple workers tried to climb over the perimeter fence of the CIA headquarters to evade authorities. When ICE officials arrived at the site, the workers scattered and ran away. Some of them fled towards the nearby CIA campus, with some attempting to climb over the outer fence and then trying to scale the second, taller fence surrounding the headquarters facility.
