(Pengbo (Hainan)), a limited company established in China, and as of the date of this announcement, is the Company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary (as the borrower) entered into a loan agreement with the Qionghai Branch of Hainan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (as the lender). Accordingly, the lender agreed to provide a loan to Pengbo (Hainan) with a maximum principal of RMB 180 million.
