Hing Shing Development (00896): Joint venture company plans to sell Hong Kong property

The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP message, Xingsheng Creation (00896) announced that on September 9, 2025, the seller (Grace Universe Limited, which is jointly owned by the company and its partners, each holding 50% of the joint venture company) entered into an agreement with the buyer to sell all issued shares and shareholder loans owed by the target company (Super Plus Limited, the holding company of the property) for a cash consideration of HK$410 million, and will make adjustments based on the net asset value at the completion of the sale.
