Hengjia Leasing (00379.HK) subsidiary plans to sell 103 properties to Solibao

Intelligence financial news app, Hengjia Financial Leasing (00379.HK) announced that, after fair negotiations between the contracting parties, on September 9, 2025, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Lisheng Biotechnology, as the seller, entered into a termination agreement with Genosell. Both parties agreed to terminate the old agreement from the date of termination of the agreement; and within 7 days after Solaibao (i.e. the buyer under the new agreement and five agreements) received the new price, the seller will refund to Genosell the initial deposit of RMB 1.2592 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 1.372 million) preliminary paid to the seller under the old agreement.
