(hereinafter referred to as "Sanxie Precision") recently signed a daily purchase order agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of a leading lithium battery enterprise customer, with a total amount of approximately 1.005 billion yuan (including taxes), accounting for 11.52% of the company's audited operating income in 2024, and 201.45% of Sanxie Precision's audited operating income in 2024.
