China Jinmao announced that the Group has signed sales contracts totaling 907.7 million RMB, with a total sales area of 410,651.92 square meters. As of August 31, 2025, for the first 8 months of the year, the Group has accumulated total contracted sales of 7,088.4 million RMB, and a cumulative contracted sales area of 3,181,144.06 square meters. In addition, as of August 31, 2025, the Group has recorded a total subscribed property sales amount of 77.6 million RMB.
