On September 9th, the Ohsang Semiconductor 8-inch MEMS featured chip IDM industrial base project was put into operation. The total investment of the Ohsang Semiconductor 8-inch MEMS featured chip IDM industrial base project is 3.5 billion yuan, integrating research and development, design, manufacturing, packaging testing and end applications. It plans to build an 8-inch MEMS feature sensor chip production line, an 8-inch MEMS feature wafer rapid development line, an intelligent sensor innovation research and development center, an automotive-grade sensor reliability testing center, and an industry-university-research research center.
