(Liliya) has signed a "GARFIELD Family IP License Agreement" with Chengdu Mowan Coffee Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (Chengdu Mowan). According to the agreement, as the exclusive general authorized distributor of the Garfield Family IP derivative products in the Greater China region (including mainland China and Greater China), including figurines, blind boxes, sculptures, building blocks, plush products and other non-functional trendy three-dimensional objects, Chengdu Mowan will grant Liliya the "exclusive and exclusive license" for development and sales.
