Sanbo Brain Notice: The company plans to participate in the establishment of Tianjin Yuanming Haihe Brain Science Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise as a limited partner, with a total capital raised by the partnership enterprise of 300 million RMB. The company plans to subscribe to 57 million RMB worth of fund shares with its own capital. The partnership enterprise will mainly invest in the field of brain science, focusing on sub-sectors with clinical advantages, including but not limited to projects such as brain disease examination and diagnosis, treatment and monitoring, health management and rehabilitation, and medical informationization. The focus will be on breakthrough technologies, companies with independent intellectual property rights representing the forefront of technology in the field of brain science, as well as leading and excellent companies in the industry chain upstream and downstream of brain science. The partnership period is fifteen years, and the investment period will last for at least three years from the establishment of the fund.
