According to reports, the international allocation of Hesa has been fully subscribed.
Lidar manufacturer Hesai Technology announced on Thursday that, according to IFR, the international portion of its IPO has been fully subscribed. As for the public offering portion, brokers have lent out HK$21.283 billion for the aggregate lending amount, equivalent to over 53.8 times oversubscribed based on the fundraising amount of HK$388 million. Futu has lent out HK$10.28 billion, while Huili has lent out HK$3.4 billion. Hesai is expected to be listed on Tuesday next week, with CICC, Guotai Junan, and CMBI as joint sponsors. The offer price will not exceed HK$228 per share, with a minimum subscription of 20 shares and an entry fee of HK$4,605.99.
