Affected by the residual circulation of Typhoon Tabar, from 8:00 on September 8th to 8:00 on September 9th, heavy to torrential rain occurred in some areas of Guangxi. In some areas such as Yulin and Laibin, there were severe downpours, with multiple rivers experiencing flooding above the warning level and ferry services suspended in some areas. The hydrological department predicts that in the next 24 hours, water levels in the Nanliu River, Meng River, tributaries of the Hongshui River, and the main stream of the Xijiang River will continue to rise by 1 to 2 meters. Some small and medium-sized rivers in Wuzhou, Yulin, Guigang, Nanning, and Laibin may experience flooding above the warning level.
