Shenzhen for the first time to sell affordable housing to non-waiting list families.

On September 9, it was learned from the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau that the remaining housing resources of two affordable housing projects, Fanwanhaiyu and Shanyue Bay Garden, have started the allocation and sale work. This batch of housing resources includes a total of 4691 units, of which 95 units are barrier-free layouts. It is worth noting that the allocation notice specifies that after two rounds of public allocation to families on the waiting list for affordable housing, if there are remaining housing resources, a separate notice will be issued to allocate to families on the waiting list and families outside the waiting list who meet the conditions for applying for affordable housing.
