Renault's new CEO: will replicate the "Geely model" and focus on Latin American and Indian markets.

Guangdong Securities Exchange APP learned that Francois Provost, the newly appointed CEO of Renault (RNLSY.US), stated that he will actively seek to expand cooperation with partners outside of Europe to help the French car manufacturer increase its global influence. Provost officially took office at the end of July, and prior to this, he was responsible for group strategic cooperation affairs and had assisted former CEO Luca de Meo in signing agreements with companies such as China's Zhejiang Geely Holding Group to accelerate the automotive research and development process.
