Matrix Holdings: Wholly-owned subsidiary Anqiao Technology introduces strategic investors.

Matrix Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dark Shell Technology, has introduced strategic investors Jufu Fund through capital increase. Jufu Fund has invested 5 million RMB in cash to subscribe for the new registered capital of Dark Shell Technology, corresponding to 10% equity after this transaction. After this capital increase, Matrix Corporation's stake in Dark Shell Technology has changed from 100% to 90%, with Dark Shell Technology still being a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. This capital increase will help optimize the equity structure of Dark Shell Technology, acquire high-quality industry resources, accelerate the development of the artificial intelligence design application market, and align with the long-term strategic development goals of both the company and Dark Shell Technology.
