Yunji Group announcement, the company, Xi'an Heying Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. and other limited partners jointly invested in Yangzhou Dinglong Qishun Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise. All partners intend to subscribe to a total capital contribution of no more than RMB 950 million, with the company intending to subscribe to a capital contribution of no more than RMB 100 million, accounting for no more than 10.53% of the total capital contribution of the partnership enterprise. The company actually subscribed RMB 90 million, accounting for 9.47% of the total capital contribution of the partnership enterprise. Recently, Yangzhou Dinglong Qishun Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise has completed the filing procedures with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association and obtained the "Private Equity Fund Filing Certificate".
