According to the Enterprise Check APP, recently, Guangzhou Pengyang Smart Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Jianxiang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: centralized fast charging stations; sales of intelligent power distribution and control equipment; sales of solar thermal power generation products; energy storage technology services; and sales of charging piles. Equity penetration displayed by Enterprise Check shows that the company is jointly held by Penghui Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Penghui Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Yan Yang Smart New Energy Co., Ltd.
