The Hangzhou Municipal Economic and Information Bureau is seeking public opinions on the "Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of the Artificial Intelligence Terminal Industry in Hangzhou". It mentions the need to strengthen the supply of basic elements such as data, computing power, and algorithms. Every year, no more than 5 high-quality open data sets will be selected for rewards, with a maximum reward of 100,000 yuan per year for a single unit, and the reward for high-quality multimodal open data sets can be increased to 200,000 yuan. The construction of a new computing power system will be accelerated, and interest support will be provided to eligible computing power facility projects. A Hangzhou computing power voucher worth 250 million yuan will be established annually.
