China Meteorological Administration: Northeast China's major grain-producing areas will not experience early frost.

Huang Zhuo, deputy director of the National Meteorological Center, introduced at a press conference of the China Meteorological Administration on the 9th that in the middle and late September, the average temperature in the northern part of Xinjiang and the eastern part of Inner Mongolia is 1-2C lower than the same period in previous years, while the temperature in most other parts of the country is higher. It is predicted that before the 17th, there will be high temperatures or hot weather in the eastern part of Jianghan, Jianghuai, Jiangnan, and the northern part of South China; the main grain-producing areas in the northeast will not experience early frost.
