Construction of the largest coal-to-natural-gas base in our country's outbound pipeline has begun.

Today, it was learned from the national network that China's largest coal-to-gas production base, the Zhundong Coal-to-Gas Pipeline Main Line Project, has officially started construction. Once completed, the project will be interconnected with the West-East Gas Pipeline system, further enhancing China's natural gas supply security capabilities. It is understood that the Zhundong coal gas production base is located in the Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang, and it is the largest and most resource-rich coal field in China. The construction of the Zhundong Coal-to-Gas Pipeline will help promote Xinjiang to leverage its coal resources, promote the clean and efficient use of coal, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and further improve China's strategic energy channels in the western region.
