MACALLINE sets up two new management companies in Shanghai.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Shanghai Zhuohuihang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Hengdaxin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. were established, with registered capital of 10 million yuan each. Their business scope includes enterprise management, information consulting services, information technology consulting services, commercial complex management services, and enterprise management consulting. QiChaCha's equity penetration shows that both companies are indirectly wholly owned by Maybelline.
