On September 9, 2025, the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge was officially opened to traffic. This is a dual-layer composite overpass built for both road and rail transportation, setting new world records for the largest span cable-stayed bridge and the largest span steel truss arch bridge for both road and rail use.
