China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing: The overall resilience of our supply chain is good, with strong risk resistance capabilities.
From the ongoing 2025 Supply Chain Cooperation and Innovation Conference, it was learned that China's supply chain is currently in a generally good state, with strong risk resistance and recovery capabilities. The first authoritative indicator for systematically evaluating the resilience of the supply chain in China, the China Supply Chain Resilience Index, will also be released at the appropriate time. The latest supply chain survey report shows that the basic support of China's supply chain is resilient and has a strong ability to adapt to external shocks, and can achieve a relatively quick recovery in extreme situations. From the perspective of industries, both manufacturing and distribution industries show good resilience, playing an important role in ensuring the stable operation of the national economy and people's livelihood. From the perspective of enterprise types, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and enterprises with investments from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan all show a good trend of resilience. He Hui, Vice President of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, stated that China's complete industrial and logistics system covers the entire process from raw material procurement to the production, sales, and distribution of finished products, providing an important foundation for the smooth operation of the entire supply chain. It is reported that the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing will conduct quarterly resilience surveys of the Chinese supply chain in collaboration with government departments such as the Ministry of Commerce, and release the China Supply Chain Resilience Index to dynamically evaluate the resilience status of various industries and sectors in China, providing precise data support for strengthening key links in the supply chain.
