China Gold Mining has established a new company including mineral resource reserve evaluation business.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Zhuzhuang Mining Co., Ltd. in Chizhou City was established with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes: mineral resources exploration, mineral resources reserves assessment services, geological exploration technical services, atmospheric pollution control, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the company is jointly held by Zijin Mining and others.
