Jinfeng Wine Industry responds to the renaming as "Guangming Wine Industry": Currently there is no such arrangement.

On September 8th, Jin Feng Liquor Industry held a mid-year performance briefing for 2025. An investor asked: all of the group's listed companies are named Guangming Group, will Jin Feng be renamed Guangming Liquor Industry in the future? In response, Jin Feng Liquor Industry Chairman Zhu Yong said that there are currently no such arrangements.
