("Gaode Investment"), which holds more than 5% of the company's shares, intends to transfer 23.296 million unrestricted tradable shares of Jinhongshun (accounting for 13% of the total share capital of the company) to Zhiwei Zhongzheng Investment (Hengqin, Guangdong) Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "Zhiwei Zhongzheng") through an agreement. The transfer price this time is 19.593 yuan per share, and the total transfer price is about 456 million yuan.
